Darla O’Brien, owner and operator of Designer Fitness, offers personal training sessions. She incorporates exercises and movements from a variety of disciplines including Pilates, strength training, core training, and cross-training. After an initial evaluation you can train one-on-one with Darla, as a “Duet” (two persons) or as a “Trio” (group of three). The smaller setting means that you’ll receive more individualized attention – which translates into fitness success!

With more than a dozen nationally recognized certifications, years of experience, and a finely honed intuition, Darla incorporates into her sessions her own Motion Empowered “ME System” for personal training. Adaptable across a wide range of needs, the ME System focuses on your whole physical being.
Through careful observation and evaluation, Darla identifies underlying issues you may not even be aware of. She uses the ME System to customize a balanced physical regimen that will become a part of your everyday movements.
