The me system was created by Designer Fitness'
owner Darla O'Brien. It is an effective way to
achieve the spectacular balance that results
only when the mind and body work in concert.
This is the ultimate two minute system for
client education, engagement and retention.
The Me System is a personal and dynamic approach.
We create a focused plan, incorporating the
concentration involving core muscle groups with
breath and targeted movements. This engages and
controls the core muscles to bring overall strength in
a more precise way, with no wasted movement.
Each client receives a custom, fluid workout that benefits their own body and targets their personal wellness goals. The Me System is a 24/7 functional integration that focuses on spinal alignment, balance and joint articulation and creates better function ability (in digestive tract, elimination, assimilation, respiration, joint function and weight loss). Clients at all ages and fitness levels benefit.
Designer Fitness offers affordable packages including one-on-one and small group classes of up to four people. We use state-of-the-art equipment, expert instruction and specialized small exercise groups - each designed to make exercising fun.
