The ME System is a personal and dynamic approach. It is a focused plan that emphasizes muscle groups with breathing and targeted movements. This in turn engages and controls the core muscles, bringing overall strength, but with greater control and without any wasted movement. Spinal alignment, balance and joint articulation all improve, yielding better functionality (in digestion, elimination, assimilation, respiration and joint function).
Each client receives a custom workout optimized for their own body characteristics and targeted towards their personal wellness goals. Clients of all ages and fitness levels benefit.
Designer Fitness offers affordable options, including one-on-one and small group classes ranging between two and four people. Our expert instruction incoporates state-of-the-art equipment. Each session is designed to make exercise fun!
